Axil for in ear. Walker for muffs.

FWIW I have been running a pair of axils for 2 years now. 10-20 hunting days plus a few shooting matches. They work fine. Battery life is good. Fairly comfortable but not quite “all day” comfort. They can feel weird with sunglasses. Have not tried them on long backcountry hunts much but you need something to charge them if you do. I think the battery is 15-20 hours.

I have 3m peltor in ear and bone conduction head phones. It's about good as it gets from a nrr standpoint.

I’ve been down this road a couple times and there is nothing good in this price class.
