Having trouble replying

See how that banner pop up goes over the post reply button? So when you click where it is to post it just goes to the website for them... Happens when I reply to someone... I've gotten around it twice buy clicking to add quotes and backing out... Or actually adding quotes... But it won't let me post this one...

It's a screen shot I took of the banner over the post reply button... When you click where the post reply button would be it goes to the website of the add...
