Haul Road gear exchange?

Curious if anybody plans to be returning to fairbanks on 8/23? I will be flying into fairbanks on 8/23 and will be heading north from there. Would be cool to exchange some gear to avoid waste. Happy to cough up some cash.

This is a great idea. Would be nice to have a place in fairbanks where you could drop off stuff you dont want to take home.Then advertise it to the masses and sell at a large discount. Maybe a small business for some one to make a little , we could look at inventory and reserve what we want. Again a great idea but we need a location .

If I was young again and had the internet I could turn that idea into a chain outlet we would all know. Who wouldn't look to see what they could use.

Since this is up again, if you’re going through Anchorage and need gas cans. I have quite a few, some of which were drop offs from someone’s hunt before the flew out a couple years ago. It’s not a ton, but reach out when it gets closer and I might be able to help with a few things. I’ve generally got some bear spray I can loan as well. Will depend a little on what my fall hunt plans look like- if I’m planning a river based moose hunt I’ll probably need most of my cans for that time period.
