I'd give those a try but at $24 for 8oz I'll probably stick with fried pork skins at $7 a pound and similar "nutrition" profile. San Francisco chickens think they are special.

Note: I've eaten at Hattie B's and I like spicy foods but I'm not a fan of intense ghost chili heat just for the sake of heat without a background of flavor.
