Has anyone went from Lowas Tibet GTX to another boot that fits the same way?

I am getting sick of my lowas always leaking after the second season of hunting. I love the way the boot fits and does not cause any blisters. Wondering if anyone has ever switched and found a good comparable boot

I went from Tibets to Hanwag Alverstones and have been very happy. Recently bought a second pair for when my current ones wear out as they are pretty much half off right now.

I went from the Tibets to the Crispi Colorado GTX and Laponias for early to mid-season elk and deer. I made the switch years ago not because the Tibets leaked or were uncomfortable but because they were too heavy and warm for those early hunts. I still use the Tibets occasionally for cold late season and snowy conditions.

Did you have issues with the Lowa leaking? Which model of crispi is similar to the tibets?

I had some Lowa Renegades that started leaking after a couple years in Colorado. relocated to AK and was looking at the Tibets but ended up going with the Crispi Birksdal SF instead. Looks like its the Pro now

I switched to Hanwag Alaskas and Crispi Briksdals neither of which leak. I probably went through three pairs of Tibets that all leaked within the first 18 months each. Boots held up great otherwise but frustrating how quick the Tibets always leaked. This is from use in northern Nevada and Alaska.

Well that’s good to hear that it is not just my boots. I like everything else about the boot though

I have a pair of Lowa Tibet Hi that has worn a hole thru the inner lining at the heel.
I want a 10" boot and the Tibet Hi isn't made anymore so I was looking at the Schnees Granite as my new boot.

Just a heads up for other yeti footed folks that Schnees Granite wide are noticeably narrower than a Tiibet GTX wide. Hanwag "Extra" fit Ancash II boots are similar width to Tibet wide, and Hanwag Tatra Top "Wide" are even wider and higher volume overall.
