Has anyone used or heard of these tethers before?

I was wondering if anyone has used these tethers before? they seem like a great idea but never tried em. anyone have any experience? they are sold by a guy on eBay called n2 the wild gear lanyards.

I have 2-3 sets. Work good for my hunting needs. Running them on Vortex Razors and Nikon Monarch. Using Marsupial and FHF harnesses. I do not need to remove from the harnesses very often, but when I do the disconnect works pretty good. Little hard to do with gloves on. I also run one for my rangefinders.
