Bought a Daniel Defense AR-15 type rifle

Now, I'm looking for an optic 3-15 or 3-18 magnification to figure out what I'd like to do with this rifle: bench shooting or maybe something more agile... need to start with something.

Actually, maybe someone could give me an advance: Viper PST Gen II 3-15×44 or Vortex Viper HD 5-25×50? Which would you start with? I googled, and I think I want to learn with MRAD.
