I have a stock I need to add an eighth” or 3/16” height to the comb. I’d like to try a piece of adhesive-backed hard foam. My KRG bravo has something on it like this but I dont know where it came from. I see UM makes a neoprene pad that’s a quarter inch thick, but not sure I need that much thickness. Also a little suspect of “neoprene”, in my head that’s pretty soft stuff like a wetsuit(??). Does anyone have a recommendation for a good hard foam that does not absorb water, in thinner thicknesses like 1/8 inch? so far the only thing I’ve found is cheap Chinese stuff on Amazon, and I’m skeptical of the adhesive. This is going on a composite stock that will get dragged through all sorts of crap, so having the adhesive stick long-term is important to me.

If you found something that works well for this love to hear what it is.

You might want to take a look at Anarchy Outdoors. I put one of their stick on, cut to fit pads on the adjustable comb cheek piece on my MDT field stock. Works well.

McMaster has closed cell foam sheets and you can cut your own. The soft closed cell neoprene is cheap enough and you can get a bunch out of a sheet if it gets torn up and you want to replace it.
