These boots have only been hiked in 5 times, worn to work twice. LOTS of life left in these and can be re-soled. Pic shows some red overspray from marking buried electrical lines, that stuff wears off.
Personal opinion but I think Hanwag makes the best boots and these are my favorites. Only selling because i realized i needed a 12.5
