I sure wish these were a 10.5. I liked the looks of those anniversary editions when they came out. My 10.5 Hanwag Alverstone's fit me pretty well though, so scared to try the 10.

The Alverstone seems to be a lower volume boot than the Alaska guide. It’s possible they could work. But of course I don’t really know for sure

I run a pair of Alverstone 2’s in a size 10.5 that fit me pretty well. I’m selling the size 10 Alaskas because the seem to be a little too high volume for me. I have a real narrow foot and my fave boot is a Asolo TPS for reference.

Gohunt has a very useful sizing guide on boots they sell that seems to agree with that observation. If you click on each individual boot and scroll down they discuss both of those boots in decent detail. They say that the Alverstone runs 1/2 size small and reccomend sizing up. They say the Alaska’s run “true to size.” As compared to a Nike as the base point.

Always a gamble when trying new boots but their guide is a starting point…
