You can fish a piece of wire through the ear canals to make a loop to hang on a nail/screw. Or there is probably enough to screw a 2 hole D ring to the bone just below the brain cavity, if you don’t want to do a plaque.

^This!^ It’s really easy to run the wire through. No drilling, no putty, perfect loop to hang off of a lag screw.

Whatever you do make sure you hit a wall stud with the screw so it’s not just supported by drywall or plaster. I have lots of euros, mostly elk but also deer and a bison and that’s how all of them are done.

I use the wire that’s for hanging suspended ceiling frame. It’s strong but very flexible and so easy to work with.

Bison. If you pull the loop out the center it’s narrower. I prefer this method.

Did it on a whim around Halloween, was actually really easy to drop some individual LED lights into the cavity, routed though the back. I just have them wired in through an old cell phone charging cable.
