Gunsmith in Los Angeles?

Anyone know a good gunsmith in LA? I have a Tikka CTR and just looking for a gunsmith to replace the barrel with a Proof CF prefit. I want to use Shaen Rifles in Bishop but he's not taking any new jobs for a while. I could always wait a few months...

It’s really not that hard to do it yourself if it’s a chambered prefit. You could probably rent an Action wrench from somebody on here if you post a want to buy in the classifieds and do it yourself. Sometimes the tikka factory barrels can be a little hard to get off though!

I’d find a reputable gunsmith out of state and send it there. The good smiths in Ca are typically very backed up. The rest screw AR’s together and call themselves gunsmiths, and I wouldn’t let them touch my rifle if they paid me.
