Gunsmith for a prefit barrel - supplied barrel

Does anyone know of a good smith that can chamber and thread a Proof barrel for a prefit. I have an 18” Proof Sendero .30 cal that I want to make a 300 WSM prefit for a Zermatt TL3 short action. Straight Jacket Armory offers the service but some of their reviews are up and down
