Looking for recommendations for a reasonably priced guided elk hunt for a 70 year old.

Wanted to do this but just never found the time.

Where you want to go? You want a big bull? How far can you shoot?

I was at an outfitter last year for antelope and they got 2 bulls while we were there. 600 yards and 200 yards. Private land hunts. $10k each.

There's plenty of landowner tags out there. You can check the ranches out to see if they meet your needs.

FYI, its c critical you are honest with the outfitter about your conditioning and capabilities.

I used to guide and helped outfitter buddies guide clients and its been a big problem for everyone involved when the client lies about what kind of shape they are in.

Spot on, I broke my back twice, I always let them know my restrictions and capabilities. Most are super accommodating.
