How warm and waterproof are these? I guess I'm trying to ask what is on the inside like a micro fleece or something? I'm looking for something to wear on our early offshore trips like yesterday when the mornings are pretty cold on the water. Thanks

They’re very waterproof, but no fleece backing. Just a rain bib. I’ve worn them with fleece long Johns underneath for stand hunting blacktail in the 30s and been warm.
