Thanks SJ,

Yep, my one and only moose. That is my favorite pic of him too.

It isn't a perspective trick. I am sitting on the front leg. Those AK moose are big sons-of-guns!

My first moose. He was shot in the Yukon in 2012 with a 300 Win Mag and 200 grain Barnes TSX using 75.0 g of H4831SC powder. He measured 61 3/4" and scored 224 4/8 B & C points.

Here's a few Alaska Yukon bulls. Some small, some even smaller. All of them were taken in Alaska (northern or northwestern) on either float hunts or jet boat hunts. Nothing fills the freezer better than a moose. Actually, a Woodland bison would probably do a little better job with filling the freezer but unfortunatually, I can't base that on experience.

Great photos of my favorite big game animal!

I still love hunting moose but am considering hiring a football team to help me pack!

Very interesting brow palm on Bambi's moose.

A few more. I'm thinking that I might have to hunt moose this fall. Didn't hit it too hard last year, due to the epic weather we had.
