Grinding wild turkey

Where I’m at, my household can shoot 10 turkeys. Deboned and suet added makes for a nice haul of breakfast sausage.

All the time I make a lot breakfast sausage, some burgers too. I also run my pinpoint metal detector over the meat first. Shot doesn't play well in a grinder.
