Thinking of trying some grim reaper micro Hades broadhead. What's everyone's experience with them?

They fly extremely well. Never did put one through an animal, however Dan from Elkshape has killed plenty of elk with.

I'm running the hades pro and the micro hades...tune them up and they kill.

I put a couple Micro Hades 125 broadheads, on Victory VAP arrows, through this moose.

They are great little heads. Fly well and give good penetration. I like the Mini Mag Mechanical head as well.

Just bought some to test and they fly amazing. Razor sharp out of the package.

I shot the 150 grain 4 blade Micro Hades last year on a couple does and had great results. Good durability, sharp, flew well. Nothing earth shattering but a very solid head that worked as expected for me.

I just used the 4 blade version on this hog. Died about 15 seconds later 10’ away. And dumped a huge amount of blood immediately. They fly straight too. I’ll have them in my quiver this deer season

they didnt fly well with my old setup. my other fixed heads flew better. im going to try them with my new setup before the season

Just digging this old thread up for fun since I am leaning towards using grim reapers this year. I killed a buck last year at 50 yards with the 1 3/8" razortip. Shot the buck and he died 30 yards away within sight. It was at last light and I was a long way in by myself so I didnt even take time to look at the wound it created. I like the reaper mechanicals but want to go more towards fixed. Anyone else have experiences to add that they have had with the micro hades or even the hybrid?

I’ve not personally shot them but I’ve had a lot of customers use the hybrids with great success. The wound channels are impressive from that head. Even from lower poundage set ups they work very well.

I used the 1 3/8 they fly well just didn't get as good blood trails as I did with rear deploying heads like killzones so I switched to rear deploying and haven't looked back. I know one guy who bowhunts all over the world and he swears by them though

I just got some GR Micro Hades Pro 3 Blade heads. They are flying beautifully and are sharp as hell out of the package. Gonna be a couple in my quiver this season for sure!

I REALLY like the micro hades heads.

Seems to be a really good combination of sharpness, durability, and flight. They are one of the more forgiving fixed heads to shoot IMO. The price is very reasonable too.

Along with QAD Exodus these might be my 1a and 1b for this type of broadhead.

The micro’s are awesome! Accurate as heck I shoot those and 1 3/8 mech, which I shot a bull with last year and he made it about 50-60 yds before hitting the dirt. Their CS is spot on also, had a bad blade in a pack and sent them a pic of it, got a real response fast and they sent me 2 full (3 packs) as a replacement for the 1 bad one.
