The Sitka Alpha Fleece is fairly similar, probably a bit warmer but not quite as windproof.

I've enjoyed the First Lite Klamath hoody for the last 4 years. It's been very durable and very warm. However, I would also recommend starting with the Condor (even though I've never tried it) since you can buy about 4 of them for the price of one First Lite
