Hello all,
My name is Mac, and I'm a lurker...
I've been content to sit in the shadows and read all the awesome articles and posts on this site for a few years now, and it's time to become a contributing member of this little society.
I'm a born and raised Utahn who spent most of his childhood in the foothills of the Wasatch mountains shooting butterflies with a BB gun and chasing deer any chance I could get. I am extremely passionate about the out-of-doors and all it entails. I'm an archer by choice, but don't shun the gun in any way. I love fly fishing, working on old Honda motorcycles, and building/modifying my own gear. I spent a couple of years in Anchorage going to school and fishing as much as I could and loved every minute of it.
I'm a husband to my amazing wife, and father to my rowdy 2 year old son; and anxiously await the arrival of my daughter early this summer.
This is a great community, and I am excited to be a part of it.
