Welcome FROM the deep south... how deep are ya?

I'm currently in south central Mississippi. My lady and I are about to get on the bike and take a ride over to Natchez for a couple of days. I want to revisit some old hunting haunts and reminisce a bit. Have some oysters at Roux 61 and soak in some history from the area.
