I was looking into Selk'bag sleeping bags (sorta like a snowmobile suit, but made like a sleeping bag) and stumbled across another brand called Hygger. Well, I didn't buy either, but on the Hygger website (hygger.com) if you click 'buy now' on the Hygger Nanuk, below it on the screen, there is a listing for a "Gruzei Bag" normally $279 but on sale for $69.
I did some leg-work and the bag seemed legit, even excellent. Well, I pulled the trigger (They take Paypal) because there was no risk, and WOW, I was pleasantly surprised!
The bag is lined with a layer of wool and some synthetic, so it should be warm/breathable. The construction is, in my amateur opinion, as good as Western Mountaineering.
The bag weighs 2.18Lb (1Kg) and packs down to about the size of a 2 Liter pop bottle.
I just bought an extra to keep in the rig.
