Grad school financial planning with my daughter

It shows the inclinations of the heart before liberal propaganda to young women.
No, it just shows what a 4 year old girl has been raised to believe is expected from them. Fantasizing about how good of a mother your kindergartner will be is extremely creepy and weird.

Lol this thread has gone slightly sideways.

OP: if your daughter's hell bent on doing it, she can! I have made wonderful relationships/friendships with clients and do feel rewarded in this profession. The bad days and bad cases really stand out, like anything else in life, but it is a rewarding profession and I have to remind myself of all the good I've done for the dogs, cats, and clients I've worked with.

However, when looking down the barrel of years to decades of debt, it's not something that I would suggest she take lightly, even if it's been her life-long dream. I am at an 11 doctor GP practice and the amount of debt that some of the DVMs have is staggering. Coupled with the fact that they're not adventurous or gung-ho with certain types of surgical procedures, managing medicine cases, etc. they've already handcuffed their earning potential. I just don't get it.

I wish her the best!

I'm also married to a strong, independent woman who is a partner in a business, works from home and raises our children. She's making more money than me and brags about that. I have to remind her that I gave her the $10k to become a partner in her business, so to not forget her benefactor. I don't really want her in the kitchen anyway as she can goof up something easy real quick.

I almost wish I had more animals since you’re pretty local to me haha. I’m in ninety six and drive to Anderson since I have a really good friend is who also a vet, I’m sure you know him since it’s a small field. Finding a good vet is extremely tough let alone in the South where we are.
