Kind of excited about this one. I had some material left over from my cargo panel so I made a grab it style panel that will accept belt pouches and also side compression straps if needed.

So what is your intended use for this panel? My understanding of the grab it is that it functions as a sling of sorts to carry meat or a bow. I do not see the "pocket" on yours so im just curious.

What kind of sewing machine are you using to deal with that heavy duty material?

He is using an older husqvarna viking which is a great machine. However, any older machine will get it done. Look on craigslist for machines that are mainly made of metal. They can easily be found for $25-50 and sometimes free. I have an older montgomery ward machine that is nothing special and i have sewn 3 layers of webbing with it.

I was hoping I could throw a coyote in it cross ways or vertically and then cinch everything down to sandwich it to the back of my t2 and keep it from falling out. Not sure yet though didn't get it done till later last night so I haven't had time to test it out yet with a simulated object. I was assuming its head could hang out the bottom and then compress it down tight. I'll have to see what I can come up with tonight. I may still have to modify it with a load shelf of some sort. I'm using a viking husqvarna 60 20 model.

It should work well for that. Id recommend hauling them head up though if you are shooting them. The blood will pool back against the diaphragm rather than down your butt. If you are trapping them and then dispatching them with a small caliber head shot, i think head up will still keep things cleaner.
