Went shooting for the first time since January. It is still a little hot here in FL. But with deer season stared and a full day to myself, hunting and shooting it was. I am using a BROWNING XBOLT PRO 6.5PRC topped with VX6HD 4-24x52 Firedot. Using 142ABLR with 56.8g of H1000. Not sure how much better you can get, but I'm sold.

Target looks messy but that's ok. 3 shot group on the right. In the diamond is a 4 shot group(not the 2 high). I was actually trying to shoot today and I did, this is the best I have done. 100 yards.

I am still new to reloading and I am starting to figure it out. I know a lot of people from what I've read don't care about the ABLR. I first tried Retumbo and not great. Switched powder to H1000 and that's all it took. Hardly any other adjustments needed. I highly recommend these bullets. Accurate and deadly.

Looks like an excellent start. Definitely need to punch more holes before you settle in and make a big batch.

I have already made the big batch prior. I personally just never shot this well before, I was actually trying to shoot and took my time. Can easily get .4-.5" at 100 yards without trying.
