Got $5k to spend on myself - what should I do?

Im probably all in for $500 and load hundreds of rifle rounds a year.....

You do realize that even for a few acres he is likely going to need 5x that amount as a down payment in today’s world right?

NL pure bino"s.,A over and under shotgun comes to mind.You can"t go wrong with a custom rifle.A Nighthawk 1911 pistol would also work as would a Wilson pistol.Good problem to have.!!

Since you’re an upland hunter I’d use it to book a Hells Canyon Chukar hunt by raft. Float, fly fish, camp and Chukar hunt.

based on cost of flights and such from Australia, fir 5k id look at doing a South African hunt of some sort. Id take my other half and add in some touristy stuff.
Might need closer to 8-10k depending on exchange rates etc but youre much closer at 5k.
