Gossamer Gear The Two

Just wanted to open up a discussion about this tent. Had it out for the first time last weekend in some pretty big winds and it held rock solid. I don’t think there’s anything even close in price/weight. Bonus that’s it’s stupid easy to get set up.

I’ve heard of them, what’s the stats on this one? How much room do you have in there as a “two” person tent?

About 24oz all in, way more roomy than any other 2 person tents I’ve used. You can actually get to wide pads in there no problem.

I ran this tent all shed hunting season with two dogs, got sick of them running out of a tipi in the middle of the night. I got it used off the Slide and i love the damn thing. Its lightweight and fits two dudes or one and 2 dogs easily. Its a palace for one person and gear. Having the protection of the inner tent is really nice. I also got the poles that go with it, but I have to say it is definitely better setting it up with trekking poles. I had a problem with it in some winds but I was using the poles and not trekking poles, which i think may have been the issue. That or the line locks need some work.
