What good is that if you can't get a tag in that unit? I am guessing my definition of "prime" and yours are different. (But please post up a link to a listing, since there are plenty)
In Colorado, to qualify for the LPP, you must be the deeded owner of 160 contiguous acres used by significant numbers of the species you are applying for, for a substantial part of the year, or in significant numbers for a shorter time during the year.
In Montana you must own 160 acres for deer, and 640 acres for elk.
