Sheridan, technically Dayton(25 miles NW or sheridan)- high quality, a bit more care in packing(plastic and paper wrapping), more expensive
if its purely quality, Id go to valley. but bighorn is still good
Stay away from Yalowizer in Ranchester. Buddy took him a deboned elk. Cut steaks, package and freeze the rest so he could process at home. Guy got mad that he didn't want whole thing processed. $400 to cut steaks and basically freeze the rest in 2 garbage bags.
