I would say that if you're asking the question, then no........you won't notice a difference. But I immediately notice when someone has come in my office and moved my pen 1/4" from where I left it, so I know I'll notice the differences between arrow specs when shooting.
Last year I started culling all my GT Kinetic XT 200's that wouldn't group well at long range anymore........after they shot fine for two years before that. I replaced nocks, tried to nock tune them again, and they still weren't acceptable to me. So I took the two groups to the shop and put them all on the RAM spine tester. Every arrow in the culled group was out of original specs for spine and straightness, with most being at .005" or worse. The other group was still in spec.
