Go to cold truck camping sleeping pad?

I’ve used my Xtherm on my decked drawers without any complaints. Planning to try a BA Captain comfort next trip.

To follow up on this:

I bought that Amazon pad and coupled it with a cot. Great night sleeping, better than at home lol

I’ve got a Roll-A-Cot green with a thermarest closed cell foam pad in the sleeve and Teton memory foam mattress on top. I’ve slept into the 20’s with it and a zero degree bag comfortably.

Diesel heater setup is almost complete though. That’ll make it realllllll comfortable this winter!

When car camping I use 2 or 3 closed cell pads and a couple sleeping bags and pillows. Don't need an expensive option for this purpose

I've never used one but you could look at Canvas Cutter Bedrolls as an options.

For truck camping idk why you'd use a backpacking pad.

I use a LOSTHORIZON self inflating 4.5" foam/air hybrid mattress from Amazon and it has been one of the best purchases in a long time. 100% as comfortable as a regular mattress. R Value of 13.

I use it on a cot, or in the back of my 4Runner or pickup bed, rocks everywhere.
How loud is this bad boy?

I put This topper but 5” queen on top of a piece of supported plywood under a camper shell and slept like a baby. Temps went down to 20. Below the plywood we had storage. It was a bit of a pain getting in and out but supper mobile.
