The First Lite fingerless Talus gloves over thinner merino liners or the full finger Talus gloves are my go to for warm hands when I need full dexterity.

If you can get past looking like a Smurf, which I can to be warm, Showa gloves are fantastic for me for CO 3rd season. I also have a pair of wool liner gloves available for when it's really cold:

For extreme cold, which for me is anything below 5 degrees, mittens are the only way to keep warm.

A setup like that was the ticket on my short sheep hunt this week. Super thin glove and fingerless gloves to go overtop, didn’t even need my puffy gloves with that combo.

Mechanic gloves don’t breath, find my hands get so sweaty. For climbing in shale/rocky terrain I was switching to my favorite Dirtbike gloves Klim XC (catch them cheap on sale in the winter), breath so damn good and saved me from getting cut for sure. Probably similar to the Kuiu Attacks?
