Agreed, it's getting to the point where it's not worth it to deal with someone who doesn't have feedback or posting history. I'd rather deal with someone with somewhat unfavorable feedback than someone with none.

I try to make it a point to leave feedback to new members or WKR with little to no feedback only because it helps so much in feeling comfortable when making deals. It feels more like you're dealing with a friend of a friend. Some other forums don't have any member feedback and it makes me hesitate a little. No shortage of scammers out there. Great reminder OP

And yet I only have 3 feedback, which is kind of frustrating. We need to be better about staying on top of this as a community.

Agreed, it's getting to the point where it's not worth it to deal with someone who doesn't have feedback or posting history. I'd rather deal with someone with somewhat unfavorable feedback than someone with none.

Some people (including myself have gotten scammed by sellers as well. My situation where the seller didn’t give me enough time (14 hours) to perform even though we had a deal. People work & 14 hours is not enough time for some people who work a lot & live in rural/snow areas) work deals around the agreement. The system is far from perfect but does try to do the best it can. I agree & there are good buyers out there that have gotten reamed for doing nothing wrong. I had done lots of deals on Kifaru’s old website that never got transferred over. Noticed a few changes in people’s attitudes about returning phone calls at times.

From your profile page click on "Feedback Stats". Or alternatively you can see it under your name anytime you post. That is the "Rating" % and the Green, Red, and Grey boxes beneath it.
