What size are you and how does that seak jacket fit? I need a rain jacket with a little room to layer and am 5'8" #170 and 41-42" chest. Thanks!

I'm 5'9" at about 160lbs with a 40" Chest, and I have a little bit of room for layering under neath. I could probably fit into a small comfortably.
