Hopefully you have filed police reports that’s a lot of stuff! Were you coming or going from a hunt? Peublo is worse than Denver crime wise especially for its size. I’m sorry man that’s an awful feeling, some pretty rare stuff an integral suppressed rifle is pretty uncommon hope it turns out and they catch the POS’s

Yes, I have been working with police. Even PD told me hotel theft is common and to not stop there anymore. I was coming from hunt in 55.

File a homeowners or renters insurance claim if you haven’t already. Personal property is covered under those policies, although firearms and sporting goods typically have a category limit. If you’re traveling with tens of thousands of dollars worth of either category, it’s a good idea to schedule it and/or increase the limit.

That sucks..... nothing worse than a thief or pedophile.

That really blows. I’m in Colorado Springs. Happy to loan gear outside of firearms if that gets you back in the field.

Clumsy1589, I live in the area and I am real sorry to hear of the theft. PM me to see if I can help you salvage a hunt some how?

Anyone who stops at a Pueblo hotel or any hotel in Colorado with hunting gear, please take it all inside with you for the night.
Especially during hunting season and a truck that has out of states plates.

Absolutely gutting man one of my bigger fears is having a gun or suppressor stolen. We had a pickup and trailer get stolen out of a hotel parking lot this spring in Pueblo. Lucky it was a 6.0 power stroke so they only made it about 15 miles out of town before it broke down. State patrol and local pd were pretty easy to work with unfortunately they get a lot of practice.
