Two things - First is the glassing pad. I use a half a thermarest z-rest. Folds up small and it is a luxury for long glassing sessions. Sencond - the cord/stake combo for helping guy out legs/quarters while breaking down an elk by myself.

Battery powered LED Xmas lights for winter camping. Make great tent lights, don't weigh much more than the batteries that power them. Click on/off without blinding anyone.

Thermacell.... I will not hunt without it if I know there will be a large number of mosquitos around.

What is this magic? What brand?
Thermarest ultralight cot. Planning on modifying it with pultruded carbon rods instead of aluminum and replacing the top material with Xpac vx07 topper. I’m sure that will alter the weight to a little lighter. Frankly, the stock product materials suck.

Thermarest Z lite pad. It’s just too light not to have as a backup for an air pad and makes life so much better glassing with my pack as a back rest. I’ll never go on a trip without it.

It’s shocking how much warmer it is sitting on one of these instead of a wet stump…

Picked up a shooting bag from @hereinaz . It's super light, is great for shooting off rocks, tree limbs, shooting off my tripod and I used it for glassing this year. I've always used the outdoorsman adapter but I really like this system as well. You need a tac table for your tripod for this to work. Not sure if I'll always use this system but I'll always have the bag with me.

I go back and forth between locking into a tripod head and setting my binos on an Armageddon Gear pint sized gamechanger resting upside down, over my tripod head to glass, too. I really enjoy the freedom and ease the bag offers. it makes for quick accurate movement for sure.
