garmin montana GPS

curious what map/cards are the best. please share any thoughts on what will work best for western wyoming

Montana maps had a great card or PC download. It shows all state blm, and federal and private lands. I have for Wyoming and it is fantastic

I have the western states on an 8 gig card in my Montana. I like the huntinggpsmaps but some get busy. The Wyoming map has all the unit boundaries on it and with separate elk, deer, and Antelope, it's a eye crosser.

Ya it is a busy map i have the pc download and only loaded in the area that I needed for this hunt.kinda nice being able to see your map on the PC

Not sure what you mean by "busy"? On my Oregon I can change the "detail" on the GPS to clean up stuff in the steep topo areas. Maybe this is what you were referring to?
