Garmin calls it graphite, grayish is a good description of it!

Great Watch. I bought mine a almost two years ago. This thing will go for for a Month with out a charge if I don't use the GPS. I leave it on the charge for a few hours and its full. I will be getting a In-Reach soon as well.

I completely agree - now that it's sold, with no interest in saying so It never let me down and battery life was exceptional.

I sold it only to go for fenix 6 since they are going on big sales recently - to try color maps as a backup.
