Garmin InReach GPS 66i

So looks like they are coming out with a gps and communicator combined. I was thinking of getting the mini but I’ll probably weight until I see what this is all about. There is going to be a live webinar about. I signed up to check it out.

I picked up a Garmin InReach Explorer+ last season there is no service where I hunt. Works great. Can program 3 auto responses that don’t cost you data for sending. Always connects and others can track your waypoints while off-Grid to know you’re safe back at home. Has SOS as well in of emergency. Highly recommend if you hike and hunt places with no reception.

I just got the 66I in the other day and can say it’s awesome. Love the extra features with the Inreach built right into it. I was going to buy the Inreach and also carry my Garmin 62s but I’ve been waiting for this to come out. I can’t wait to try it up in the mountains.
