Got this as a gift years ago (2017 I believe). Never really used it other than playing with the features at home a few times. Honestly Ive messed with it so little that I don’t even know how to use it. Im not sure on Garmins but I assume it probably needs to be plugged in and updated by now. I’m the wrong person to ask on that, but it is practically brand new.
I did chang the batteries out, so there are new rechargeables installed, plus an extra set included. Happy hunting.
