Doesn't get used much but worked great when I've been out about without service. Texting/messaging feature and weather are great to have. Never used the SOS thankfully. Worked well in Canada, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. It does have an SD card slot that I used for OnXmaps cards. I factory reset the device already. I tried to get a photo of the screen condition, a few hairline scratches. Garmin are the gold standard in GPS units and this has worked great!
