Garmin alpha 100 freezing

Has anyone had any issues with the alpha 100 freezing on the garmin logo when you first turn it on? It was working fine on Friday and now I can’t get past the startup screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Did you let the battery run completely dead by chance?

If so you need to remove the battery, plug it into a charger, let it power on, and then plug the battery back in to let it charge. I've had to do this handful of times.

I gave that a try but didn’t fix it. Ended up calling garmin and they sent me a replacement for $200. Thanks though!
