Gaiters for big calves?

Looking for suggestions on gaiters that will fit over big calves, I just got in a pair of First Lite Brambler gaiters in L/XL, they were 3 “ shy of even touching, nevermind overlapping so the Velcro would work. What gaiters will fit a guy like me?

Outdoor Research Crocodile gaiters come in different sizes. Can’t remember which size I got, but it was a good bit bigger on the calves than the largest First Lite size (which wasn’t a good thing for me).

my kuiu gaiters are pretty large in foot and calf size. i'm 6' 200lbs and swear a size twelve boot and usually need more pant material to fill out the L/XL kuiu gaiter.

The Kuiu XXL run big. I have 19.5 inch calves and they are somewhat loose. Fit really well. The Kuiu gaiters have been very durable so far also. They are on year 2 and no damage so far. Also the Kenetrek gaiters in XL run big as well. Mine didn't last one season though without coming apart.

KUIU, OR, kenetrek will all fit. First Lite has always had a sock and gaiter size issue since each of them first came out and refuses to fix either.
I wear a 15 now and was a 13 in 2011/2012. Socks have never fit, let them know socks were too tight, no change, short gaiters came out and wouldn’t even make it around my ankle, tall gaiters like you don’t even come close to being usable.
KUIU Yukon has been the best for me of the 3 I mentioned above. Nothing wrong with OR but they don’t stretch and can be loud.

Although I have a pair, I seldom wear my gaiters (Kenetrek). It seems like the times I'd really like to wear them is when snow is fairly deep, and I'm wearing pak boots, like Sorrels. But that just ain't happinin'. Are there gaiters available that work with these big boots?

I ended up ordering a pair of Kenetrek size large, they are snug, but do fit. I really like First Lite, and have their clothing, but I believe they only size them for really tall, thin people, lol. Everything I have fits me, but it is all long, and I’m 6’2

Im 5-10 and 275 pounds and size 12 mostly wide. They do not make- anyone- stuff that fits my calves.


Lotsa skinny stuff and 0 good boots that fit and last. 1 afternoon in my truck in FL sun and soles pop off. Bunch of crap out there and skinny mini’s.

No not kuiu I have 24 inch calves they won’t even come close
