What is your acceptable accuracy tolerance in your scale?
For example if my charge is set to 78.5 it will turn green with .02 gr of that. Do you accept 78.48 or 78.52? Or do you want it exactly 78.50?
Can you shoot the difference?
Is it measurable enough to make a difference?

Just curious what other people do in their reloading room

I have either cut kernels if they are uniform or switch out kernels with a tweezer if the kernel size varies.

Most of the time with uniform size kernels, I’ll allow a plus .02 tolerance of target weight. It can drive you crazy and won’t matter in the end

I hold to a .02 tolerance. If I set it at 30 grns, I accept 30.0 or 30.2. When I calibrate my scale I take a few kernels out and set them on my bench. If it thrown a 29.8 I add a kernel. Makes it go fast and it’s way close enough.

Did you mean .2 tolerance, as in tenths of a grain or .02 tolerance which is hundredths of a grain?
