Fulvous tree ducks

Anyone get these on a regular basis? It's one of the last birds I am looking to collect.

Are they hard to harvest outside of the STA draws?

We have them here on the northern gulf, but their always gone before the season comes
in. I guess they're going to florida or cuba.
Of course they're back now.
