For sale or trade: Swarovski 8.5x42 EL WB

The binoculars are in good condition with light paint wear on the hinges. The glass is perfect. I sent them back to Swarovski to be serviced and cleaned and they are still sealed in the return bag that Swarovski sent them back to me in. They put new rubber armor on them, new eye cups, new nylon strap loops for attaching the neck strap to, tuned the focusing mechanism, adjusted them, and cleaned them. Swarovski also sent new objective and ocular covers with them. I took a couple pictures before I sent them back to Swarovski so you can see the overall condition of them. $1450 shipped and insured to your door. I will take PayPal or postal money order as payment. I would also be willing to trade for some 10x42, 10x50, or 12x50 EL's.

Please post a picture of the serial number with rokslide written on a piece of paper in it, we've had a few first post scammers lately.

I can't post a picture of the serial number without opening them. I will open them if I absolutely have to, but prefer to leave them sealed since they are untouched since they were serviced. I have been a long time lurker, and am a regular on 24 hour campfire where I have a good reputation as a seller, I have the same username there as I have here. A quick search of my username on 24 will return lots of posts and activity. I'm definitely not a scammer. I do understand your concern and skepticism though. I can also take a picture of the work order from Swarovski if that will help?

Being sealed doesn't increase value.

I am sure the Swaro receipt has the serial number on it. Maybe post it with a hand written note saying "rockslide forum rocks!" With today's date. With the sealed binos beside it

I wasn't concerned about the value of them being sealed, I just figured since they were sealed, the new owner would like them to arrive still sealed from Swarovski. The service order has the serial number on it. I'm not home right now and won't be home until late tonight. I'll take some pictures of the service order with the serial number, and put a hand written note with Rokslide, my username, and the date when I get home.
