I have a like new Warmlite 3R tent with large door, side windows, tyvek groundsheet, 4 long MSR stakes, 4 shorter stakes, deadman bags that Stephenson's sends. Tent is completely and thoroughly seam sealed....took some time to seal this thing up and definitely a time consumer. Great tent in an olive main body color with deep purple floor inside. Love the tent, just need something smaller. Used on two river trips and always setup on groundsheet and stored in dry/warm storage in my garage. Retail for this thing without extra stakes and groundsheet is $684. Asking $485 shipped anywhere in the USA.
