Perfect condition minus small stain and pull in fabric you can see in the one pick. Nothing has been cut, changed, removed, or altered in any way. The strap kit is to install on a Kifaru frame using the EXO Rocklockster buckle so nothing needs changed on an EXO bag to install.
Bag is $250 TYD and $15 for the meat shelf if purchased together.

Sorry for the late response. All you need is the bag and the straps. That's it. The lid straps do need sewn to the top common loops.
