Front Sight Options (Not Drilling Barrel) for CVA Paramount HTR .40 Cal

Got some family who recently bought a CVA Paramount HTR .40 Cal. He's looking at front sight options and is hoping to find an option for a front sight that does not involve drilling and tapping the front of the barrel. Does anyone know of any options for this?

LR Customs makes a brake with an integrated front sight but will not make one for your gun if you are planning on using the PowerBelt bullets.

Rear is easy since the action is a Rem700 clone. Any action mounted peep for a Rem700 should work. I think NECG has clamp or solder on front sights. They also have a rear peep that will mount on a rail.

If you're threading for a brake, simple enough to dovetail the brake for a sight base.... then the world is your oyster on choices.
