Yep almost last a maple tree that still had leaves and it collected snow sept 29 2019 . Tire chains and saw are in order from Sept on.

I shot my elk Tuesday morning during the storm. Wind was dropping trees left and right as I was breaking it down. To say I was alert would be an understatement!

I imagine the anxiety I was having would be similar to breaking down an animal you just killed with a firearm in grizzly country?
